We were so excited to work with our wonderful clients in Edina, MN on this absolutely stunning rustic estate. This home is a true showstopper — with reclaimed wood beam ceilings, wide-plank hardwood floors, and custom cabinetry throughout. This Edina estate blends rustic warmth with refined elegance in the most beautiful way. The moment you step inside, you notice the reclaimed wood plank ceiling with exposed beams that stretch across the entire open-concept living space. The wide-plank hardwood floors have a rich, natural patina that gives the home so much character.
The kitchen island is a work of art all by itself. It features a gorgeous butcher block countertop with a warm honey finish, sitting on custom sage green cabinetry with detailed panel work. A wrought iron chandelier with candle-style lights hangs above, adding to the old-world charm. The built-in china cabinet with arched glass doors and dark wood finish holds beautiful glassware and decorative pieces.

What We Did
We started with the reclaimed wood ceilings and beams. These natural wood surfaces collect dust over time, and cleaning them requires a gentle approach. We carefully dusted every beam and plank without damaging the beautiful aged finish. The wrought iron light fixtures were cleaned and polished by hand.
The butcher block island countertop got our full attention. We cleaned and conditioned the wood to bring out its warm, golden tones. The sage green cabinetry was wiped down carefully, making sure every panel and detail looked fresh. The sink area and fixtures were polished until they sparkled.
The wide-plank hardwood floors throughout the open living space were cleaned and conditioned. These floors have a beautiful natural grain pattern, and our professional floor care brought out every bit of that character. We worked around the antique Persian rugs with care, making sure nothing was disturbed.
The dining area with its banquette seating and round table was thoroughly cleaned. We dusted the woven window shades, cleaned the windows behind them, and made sure the upholstered cushions were freshened.
