Moving into a brand-new home is one of the most exciting moments in life. But even new construction needs a thorough cleaning before it truly feels like home. The owners of this beautiful Woodbury property reached out to Le Vvintre Living for a full move-in clean, and we were happy to help them start fresh.
A Living Room Made for Family
The main living area is warm and inviting. A white-painted brick fireplace with a gold-framed mirror serves as the focal point. Cream-colored sofas and accent chairs are arranged around a large vintage-style area rug, and floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of the surrounding neighborhood and green spaces. Linen curtains soften the light and add a relaxed, elegant feel.
Even in a new home, construction dust settles on every surface. Our team wiped down the fireplace brick, cleaned the mantel and all the decorative items, and dusted the mirror frame. We vacuumed the area rug and cleaned under and around every piece of furniture. The large windows were cleaned inside and out, including the tracks and sills where drywall dust tends to collect. The curtain rods and hardware were wiped down as well.
The vinyl plank flooring throughout was swept and mopped to remove the fine layer of dust that new construction always leaves behind. We paid extra attention to corners, baseboards, and the edges along the fireplace where dust likes to hide.
A Bright and Peaceful Sunroom
Off the main level, a sunny sitting room with corner windows overlooks the open prairie landscape. A white linen sofa, a woven rattan accent chair, and a striped area rug create a calm, minimalist space. A vibrant cherry blossom painting on the wall adds a pop of color.
Our team cleaned every window in this room, making sure the glass was spotless so the views could really shine. We dusted the light fixture, cleaned the window sills, and wiped down the baseboards. The area rug was vacuumed, and the furniture was wiped down and fluffed.
