Our team vacuumed the entire carpet multiple times, working in different directions to lift the fibers and remove deep-set dust. We used a crevice tool along every baseboard and in every corner where the carpet meets the wall.

The walls were wiped down to remove scuff marks, handprints, and dust. The structural column and beam were cleaned on all sides. Every recessed light fixture was wiped clean of dust and dead insects. The result was a basement that looked fresh, bright, and move-in ready.

Kitchen and Bathrooms: The Deal Makers

Buyers always look at kitchens and bathrooms first. Our team scrubbed the kitchen from top to bottom. We cleaned inside every cabinet and drawer, wiped down all the countertops, scrubbed the sink, and cleaned the stovetop, oven interior, and refrigerator inside and out. In the bathrooms, we scrubbed toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs. We cleaned mirrors, wiped down vanities, and scrubbed tile floors on our hands and knees. The exhaust fan covers were removed, cleaned, and replaced. These are the kinds of details that buyers notice during a showing.

Bedrooms and Closets

Every bedroom was vacuumed thoroughly, including inside the closets. We wiped down closet shelves and rods, cleaned light fixtures, and dusted ceiling fan blades. Window sills were cleaned and blinds were wiped down slat by slat.
