About This Project
This was one of the largest move-out cleans our team has ever taken on. This sprawling Prior Lake estate features cherry hardwood floors, two-story great rooms, a gourmet kitchen with granite island, a basement bar with pressed tin ceiling, designer bathrooms with vessel sinks, and a sunlit breakfast nook overlooking acres of green space. The sellers wanted every room photo-ready before listing, and Le Vvintre Living delivered.
The Great Room: Two Stories of Elegance
The main living area is jaw-dropping. Two-story windows with arched transoms flood the room with natural light and frame views of the manicured yard. A floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with a hand-painted Italian mural above it serves as the centerpiece. A built-in wine cabinet and bar sit to one side, and plush carpet fills the space.
Our team cleaned every window from top to bottom, including the arched panes that required extension tools. The stone fireplace surround was dusted and scrubbed. The mural was gently dusted with soft brushes — artwork like this cannot be cleaned with sprays or chemicals. The built-in wine cabinet was wiped inside and out, and the carpet was vacuumed thoroughly in every direction.
A Kitchen Built for a Chef
The kitchen is a showpiece of its own. Cherry wood cabinetry with crown molding, a massive granite island with a gas cooktop, double wall ovens, a stainless steel refrigerator, and stone backsplash tile create a warm, professional-grade cooking space. A tropical-style ceiling fan adds character overhead.
We cleaned inside every cabinet and drawer — all of them. The granite countertops and island were cleaned with a stone-safe product and buffed to a natural shine. We scrubbed the cooktop, cleaned inside both ovens, and polished every stainless steel appliance. The stone backsplash was scrubbed tile by tile, and the grout lines were cleaned. The cherry hardwood floors were swept and mopped with a wood-safe solution.
The Breakfast Nook: A Bright Gem
Off the kitchen, a bay window breakfast nook is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the trees and open landscape. A chandelier hangs above the dining table. Our team cleaned every window, the chandelier, and the French doors leading to the deck. The hardwood floors in this area were polished to a warm glow.
The Basement Bar and Entertainment Space
Downstairs, a full kitchen and bar area features maple cabinetry, black granite countertops, a pressed tin ceiling with leaf-shaped pendant lights, and bar seating for five. A gas fireplace with a navy accent wall anchors the entertainment space, and vinyl plank flooring runs throughout.
We cleaned every surface of the bar — inside the cabinets, the countertops, the backsplash, and all the appliances. The pressed tin ceiling tiles were dusted individually. The pendant lights were cleaned and polished. The fireplace surround was wiped down, and the entire floor was mopped.
Spa-Like Bathrooms
This home has multiple designer bathrooms, including a master bath with dual cobalt blue vessel sinks on a travertine countertop, a soaking tub with bay windows, and vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting. A secondary bathroom features a hammered copper vessel sink on a butcher block countertop.
Our team scrubbed every bathroom from top to bottom. The vessel sinks were cleaned and polished carefully — these are delicate fixtures that need a gentle touch. The travertine countertops were cleaned with stone-safe products. The soaking tub was scrubbed and rinsed. Mirrors were cleaned to a streak-free finish, and all the tile floors were scrubbed.
Bedrooms Ready for Showings
Every bedroom was cleaned thoroughly. We vacuumed carpets, cleaned hardwood floors, wiped down ceiling fans, cleaned windows and blinds, and made sure closets were spotless. The soft lavender guest bedroom was left looking fresh and inviting.
