The Whiskey Lounge: Where Style Meets Comfort

The main level features a stunning entertaining space centered around five oversized leather swivel chairs and a live-edge wood coffee table. Behind them, a custom built-in bar with wine storage, hanging glassware, a beverage cooler, and a bourbon collection sits ready for guests. An iron chandelier hangs overhead, and a large arched industrial mirror adds depth to the room.

Our team started by conditioning each leather chair with a pH-balanced leather cleaner. Leather furniture needs gentle care to stay soft and avoid cracking. We wiped down every surface of the live-edge table, careful to follow the natural grain. The built-in bar got special attention — we cleaned each shelf, polished the glassware rack, wiped down the beverage cooler inside and out, and dusted every bottle on display.

The hardwood floors throughout were swept and cleaned with a wood-safe solution. We paid extra attention to the area under and around the furniture where dust tends to gather. The iron chandelier was dusted arm by arm, and the arched mirror was cleaned to a streak-free shine.

The Lakeside Family Room: Cozy and Inviting

Downstairs, the family room has a completely different feel. Whitewashed reclaimed wood plank walls and exposed ceiling beams give the space a warm, cabin-like atmosphere. Two large leather sofas and a tufted accent chair fill the room, along with layered area rugs, decorative pillows, and a sliding glass door that opens to the backyard and lake views.

Cleaning reclaimed wood walls takes patience. Our team used soft microfiber cloths and a gentle cleaner to wipe down each plank without stripping the whitewash finish. The exposed beams were dusted carefully with extension tools. We vacuumed both area rugs and spot-cleaned the upholstery, fluffing and arranging the decorative pillows when we were done.

The sliding glass door and its track were cleaned thoroughly. Dirt and debris build up in door tracks over time, and a clean track means the door slides smoothly and looks great from inside or out. We also cleaned the window trim and curtain hardware.
